Hello there, I’m Hongming Chen, an incoming Ph.D. student at The University of Hong Kong (HKU), where I am delighted to have the opportunity to pursue my doctoral studies under the supervision of Prof. Ping Luo. I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (2020–2024), majoring in Embedded Systems under the supervision of Prof. Yong Liao.

My research interests include the areas of Robotics and Scene Understanding, with focus on:

• Humanoid Intelligence
• Motion planning
• Semantic navigation
